As the name suggests, the Asphalt Mixing Plant is a device that uses asphalt as the core raw material and other raw materials to mix and produce raw materials. Working principle of asphalt storage tank:

Asphalt storage tank is another new type of asphalt heating storage equipment developed by combining the characteristics of traditional heat transfer oil heating asphalt storage tank and internal heat local rapid asphalt heating tank. It makes up for the long heating time and high energy consumption of traditional heat transfer oil heating equipment. A local heater is installed in the asphalt tank, which is suitable for asphalt storage and heating in traffic and municipal systems.

Asphalt storage tanks use organic heating medium (heat transfer oil) as the heat transfer medium, coal, gas or oil burners as the heat source, forced circulation by a hot oil pump, and heat the asphalt to the use temperature. The biggest feature of this asphalt tank is fast heating, which can produce high-temperature asphalt in large quantities, save heat energy, and temporarily extract a small amount of hot asphalt. The production of 160°C hot asphalt generally does not exceed 4 hours.

Advantages:

Thermal oil-type asphalt storage tank, with low pressure and high temperature, is safe and sanitary. The patented technology "coiled tube high-efficiency heat exchange asphalt heating method" can quickly heat the asphalt to high temperature, and there is no need to heat the asphalt storage tank as a whole, which can reduce energy consumption.

Asphalt tanks can be either vertical or horizontal type, which can continuously produce high-temperature asphalt with a shift output of more than 400T.

Asphalt tanks adopt the "ultra-low level oil extraction" technology, which can take the asphalt at the bottom of the tank to ensure that the asphalt is not wasted.

The asphalt storage tank is insulated in all directions, and the temperature drop is less than 1°C/hour (on basis of outside temperature is larger than 20°C).
