Xitong asphalt plant successfully completed the installation and acceptance in Congo (DRC)

Recently, the Xitong QLB-1500 asphalt plant was successfully installed and commissioned in Congo DRC), and the acceptance test organized by customer was successfully completed in one time.

This set of equipment has not been installed in time due to various reasons, and the weather on the site is poor such as high temperature or humidity, and also erosion caused by Traditional rainy season in this country. It is obviously unfavorable for the preservation of the equipment although user has taken some protective measures, and may affect the normal operation of the equipment in the future. This is also true for household appliances and vehicles, let along large type machine with several complex systems.

However, this set of equipment has withstood the test of the years, the installation and commissioning has been completed in one time, and then our staff actively trained the customer to operate and use, with the guidance of our engineers , 10,000 tons of asphalt mixture has been completed during test operation within 10 days, through which the operators of the owner have been familiarized with the equipment, the running program and related operations, and with independent operation capabilities.
